I am a mother of two grown children (24 & 18) and have recently moved to Ottawa to be with my daughter who is going to Algonquin. I managed a small non-profit for a number of years and I am known as a kind and thoughtful person. I come from a large family and love children. In my earlier years I babysat children all day and then later on I looked after children after school and at lunchtime. I taught ESL, reading and writing and had an after-school reading club. I have a degree in English Literature and I dabble in writing children's books. I enjoy doing crafts and teaching children about nature and playing boardgames.
