    I used to volunteer for the transitional care unit at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia for 3yrs. It was a great passion of mine and help me understand a lot around what it means to age. My father had a stroke some years later, and the experience at the hospital helped me successfully assist him through his needs. I also love listening to people who have wisdom, us youth have a lot to learn!
