      I have known Melanie for 18 years, basically her whole life. I've watched her grow and mature into a wonderful young woman. She is caring, warm, funny and has an excellent work ethic. She's been working since she was of age and has always been asked back due to her level of commitment when employed. She is an active animal rescue volunteer, and excels at ball, and is a valued team player. I'd recommend and trust Melanie in all manner of responsibility. She is accountable and honest. And great with children. Her personality endears her to kids which make her such a great fit for this type of employment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mel as an employee. Someone will be fortunate when they hire her.
