      Natasha is a dynamic young woman. She has volunteered under me for about 4-5 years and has become a wonderful part of our family and a great asset to our childrens department. She's very responsible and dependable and she takes instruction very well. More than anything, she's great with children of all ages. She's very patient, creative, and happy.
