    I grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia and moved here over a year ago to attend UBC. Currently, I work with children part time at the YMCA. In the past, I have been a camp counsellor at both residential and day camps, I have babysat, and I also have had experience with children with special needs. I love working with children and helping them grow!

    I would like to note that I do not have full vision in my eyes, therefore I am not capable of driving. I do not let this small visual restriction affect the way I work. I work hard and try the best I possibly can to get the job done! I am looking for employers who are open and understanding about my situation.
