I have around 4-6 years of experience working with kids, whether it be babysitting or assisting teachers, worked with kids of different ages, diverse backgrounds in various settings. There's a lot you get to learn when you work with kids, it requires a lot of patience and understanding to always make sure their feelings are valid and know how to get through to each and every child, they all have different personalities what works for one, doesn't work for the other, the key is to always remember who you wanted as either a role model, or a teacher when you were that age, also keeping in mind what's best for each child while allowing them the complete freedom to be themselves.
