  • About Me

    I have strong confidence in care sector - over 5 years experience in
    varied environments. I was supporting many different service users
    with spectrum of conditions and needs, providing all sorts of care.
    I was working privately as a live-in carer for four years, in a
    Residential Care Home
    and as a Domiciliary Carer. Having contact with different teams
    supporting my clients: GP, District Nurses, Speech Therapists,
    Physiotherapists, Occupation Therapists, Social Workers, finally
    patients and their families. Also attending medical appointments,
    looking after Palliative patients
    and with neurological diseases, who can show challenging behaviours
    and have some cognitive or mental issues, elderly or spinal-injuries patients.

    Some of them needed a rehabilitation and exercises like stretching due
    to spasms or twitches, some times I was requested to join them in the
    pool, or in the rehabilitation unit of the day centre where
    professional rehabilitation team was running the sessions.

    I did completed all necessary trainings to work as a carer: Moving and
    Handling, Administration Medication, First Aid, Risk Assessment.

    Also, I have one year experience in Management working for a catering
    company as a Call Centre Manager. My duties were varied from customer
    service and team work coordination, up to payment calculations,
    schedule preparation, recruiting the employees, completing personnel
    documents, providing training and implementation of new computer
    system solutions, etc.

    I was helping in the Sweet Tree Care Agency office on call. Mainly with
    updating and sending new rotas to the clients, keeping reviews, daily
    records and medical forms in the folders in the right order. I am
    still supporting my regular clients who need care.

    I can also demonstrate brilliant organisation/coordination skills and
    positive, professional and confident attitude towards the members of
    staff/patients. I am very bubbly and chatty.

    I am very fit and sporty with sense of humour.
    Truly, I believe all my previous experience is very relevant regarding
    this position and I am sure I would make a difference for your patients
    because of my commitment.

    I am willing to join all of the trainings sessions of development
    program and induction. Clean CRB form February 2016 and brilliant
    references provided if required.
