  • About Me

    Hi there,
I am Anna Camille Ellorin, Camille for short. 21 years of age. I originally came from the Philippines, I have 3 siblings, 2 older brothers and 1 big sister. And yes, I am the youngest. I've been living here in Canada (North Vancouver) for almost 3 years. I graduated Flight Attendant Program at Canadian Tourism College. Work experiences are dishwasher, cashier, merchandiser, sales associate, customer service and babysitter. I got different certificates: Standard First Aid, Food Safe Level 1, Assisting Travelers with Disabilities, Serving It Right and a Student Work Safe Certificate. I am currently seeking for a job that could give me great opportunity to help my parents on everyday expenses at home. And I think this field/job could be the best choice right now. I love being with kids, I love being a big sister to them. I know that I have something that I can help them to grow as a better person. I would like not only to care them but also to teach them good values. I have long patience when it comes to kids, I always keep in mind that they're just kids, it's normal for them to act in random ways, I got the energy to understand them. I've been a babysitter once in my life and it's just so fulfilling that my former employer/kids that I babysit, treated me like I'm part of their family. It feels wonderful, every morning whenever I go to their house to babysit them, the kids calls me Big Sis, gives me warm hugs and kisses. It's good that as a nanny/babysitter/helper you will be able to build a strong trust and comfortableness with the family you’re serving. Sometimes it doesn't feel like work anymore, it's like you're just on your relative's house. But, of course the loyalty, repect and professionalism is still there.
My experience with my past employer was awesome especially with the kids. First thing I do in the morning when I arrived in there house, is to check the kids in their rooms. I greet my Ma'am/Sir a 'Happy,Awesome, Good Morning". I do house cleaning like sweeping/moping the floor, emptying trash cans, clean the bathroom and bedroom, clean-up the kitchen, do the laundry, tidying/ironing their clothes, wipe dust, checking garden/flowers/plants, bath the kids, help them with their homeworks, doing little and very simple exercise, preparing simple meals/snacks for the kids, walk with their pet(dog), vacuum, sometimes I do the grocery. And want to know why the kids loves me? I gave them surprise/reward (I bake cupcakes, any thing I know that would make them happy) when they behave nicely or when they've done good things. When I gave it to them they're just surprised why I gave them such thing in out of nowhere. And my employer was just amazed if I do that, I think it's my nature on being good with kids already. I'm the youngest in my family, so I want to experience the feeling of having young sibling/s.
