    Hi folks!

    My name is Emilee. I am 22 years old and have recently moved to Dartmouth from PEI. I am very close to my grandparents back home and miss them terribly. Life seems a little less without that special company I'm used to having everyday.

    I grew up living with my great-grandmother. Instead of her taking care of me, I took care of her from the day she moved into my family's home until the day she passed away. Though I was very young at the time, she had taught me how to truly care for others and how to love people unconditionally.

    Seniors hold a dear place in my heart and I cherish the moments I have with my elders. I don't have an education in that specific field, but I am a Human Services worker and have volunteered at senior homes. I love listening to stories that they have to share and I could listen to the same one over and over again. I love the classic country station and I believe I have an old soul.
