    I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by kids. As an only child I relished the opportunity to look after them and their parents the time to get other tasks done. As I have grown I have refined my skillset and taken various classes to help me become a better and more skilled mothers helper. In the past I have held both birth and postpartum doula certificates, CPR and advanced first aid, and NLS and swim instructor certificates.

    Over the last few years I have worked extensively with Scouts Canada as a leader for children between the ages of 5-16 in various capacities.

    I am a qualified nutritionist and have cooked meals for as many as 30 at a time with limited resources.
