    Licensed Special Needs / Infant Toddler and Early Childhood Educator with 9 years of experience - includes but not limited to working with ADHD and Autist children. Skilled at remaining calm under pressure. Dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, safe and adaptive to each child's individual needs. Promotes success and independence. Proficient at identifying and addressing behavioral and educational issues. Sensitive and responsive to children.
