    My name is Sonya, I am 25 years old and I am currently enrolled in the Bachelors of Social Work program at Douglas College. I am looking to gain experience in my field and explore different areas of social work. I have limited experience working with children on the Autism spectrum as well as working with some mental health. Most of my volunteer work includes working with children at a meditative summer program and fundraising for the Surrey Food Bank. I also have limited experience working with the BC schizophrenia society. My favorite activities include reading psychological thrillers and discovering new hiking trails.
