I am an internationally educated teacher of the English language, literature (Bachelor (Honours) degree in Education) and a certified child care worker (ECE) in Canada. I successfully completed ELCC Certificate and Diploma Programs (Early Learning and Child Care) and became a certified Child Development Supervisor (Canadian Advanced Qualification Certificate/Diploma) in June 2020. All Field Practicums were completed with Excellence. This Program prepared me to work in a supervisory capacity in children's programs at the early childhood level (ages 0-12) and as a Registered Early Childhood Educator in Ontario (CA). I have also upgraded and improved my professional skills to become a Registered Early Childhood Educator through the College of Early Childhood Educators in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Have supervisory and customer care experience, as well as a solid understanding of Child Development (child's developmental psychology), Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), HDLH framework and Infant / child mental health.
As an Early Childhood Educator, I can assume responsibility for the Program Planning on a day to day/weekly basis. Have more than 6 years of child care experience and can provide tailored care for children of all ages. Yet I am infant care qualified and willing to provide care for newborns, exceptional children as needed.
