Hello,

Let me introduce myself. My name is Vratislava Darebna. I am 29 years old and I am from Czech Republic. I have received work permit within Working Holiday.

I studied at Masaryk University in Brno a Bachelor degree programme. My branches were education and combined art studies. Before that I studied at Secondary school of pre-school and out-of-school pedagogy. With this specialization, I am entitled to work in nursery schools, camps and school clubs and organize educational activities for children.

As a part of my studies, I took a lot of other courses concerning other education in my branch, for example a course for keeping school documentation (school laws, curriculums) and working as a school director (school management). I also took some courses in different types of methodologies, for example religion, music, physical education. My last course was specialized in teaching very young children (aged 2). However, I also took another course of preparing 6-year-old children for primary school.

Since the age of 18, I have been a leader of a camping group, we meet regularly once a week, we go for trips and camps. Every summer, we organize a summer camp lasting three weeks, which is for children aged 7-15.

During my studies, I had some brigades. For example I was preparing tea and snacks in the tearoom, serving people, selling in the markets, cleaning the office, etc. In the summer, I worked as a guide and canoe instructor.

Since 2013, I have worked in a church nursery school in Kolin as a nursery school teacher. This job has given me a lot of experience. I liked the fact that my work wasn't stereotypical and boring, but every day was different. I also cleaned up in this kindergarten. Kindergartens in the Czech Republic have strict hygienne rules. So I can say I have a cleaning experience.

Reason I come to the Canada is improving my English skill, learn something new and receive experience from Canadian work. I'm looking for a job where I could use my experience, creativity, care and sense of detail. I think, I am responsible, flexible and emphatic. I can work in the team or by myself. I would like to stay here for long time, therefore I will glad to learn new thing. What I don’t know, I will glad to learn it.
