Hello! My name is Kayla, and I am 19 years old. A little bit about me - I graduated Lord Selkirk Regional in June 2014 with honors with distinction, and am currently employed with St. Amant as a part-time residential support worker. I work with individuals who have developmental disabilities at their homes, and I absolutely love my job! Before I got on with St. Amant, I was working for Community Living doing the exact same type of work out in Selkirk. My experience in child care includes working in the Lord Selkirk Nursery for 2 years, after school care for 1 year ( 2 children, elementary aged), as well as some overnights. Due to working with vulnerable people, it was required for me to provide a criminal record check, adult/child abuse check and a clean drivers abstract, which I am more than willing to provide for you as well!
