My name is Clare, I am 25 years old from Wales, UK. I have spent the last few years working and travelling the world; in doing so I have worked in orphanages, hospitals and animal sanctuaries. This summer I worked in a Jewish children's camp in New York where I looked after and lived with children ages 6-17 for seven weeks. I found that travelling has made me very conscientious and understanding of other cultures. It has opened my mind up to all views about the world. I would describe myself as a very trustworthy, friendly and fun individual with a very outgoing and caring nature, a person who loves spending time with children. I also love the outdoors, no matter which season (fall is my favourite) and love to climb, run and go on nature walks.
My work experience includes working as a teaching assistant in a primary school back home with boys and girls ages 5-11 concentrating on the welsh language. I have spent many years working as a babysitter for friends, family and clients.
When I return to the UK from Canada, I hope to be going into a degree in nursing.
