I am twenty years old, I have mostly worked with small children, but as a result of this I have never ending patience, and am great with fast action and problem solving. As a child, instead of going to daycare I stayed with my great aunt and uncle, who live nearby, and we have remained close. I think I have some understanding of the needs of the elderly in terms of companionship and such. I've also learned a lot of card games from my grandparents, and while I don't want to make blanket statements I feel like a lot of seniors appreciate a good card game! In addition, I had the opportunity to volunteer with the elderly in high school, both with my local Legion, and in teaching basic computer skills to a few elderly people who signed up for the class.
