I am a very warm, caring and fun person. I have had nearly 10 years experience with children, and infant care for almost 7 years. I have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, primarily children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

I believe it is very important for caregivers to bond with the children and listen/learn about the activities or things that the child enjoys.
Every child is different, and once you get a sense of what the child finds motivating and engaging, you can use their likes and interests to make learning very very fun :)
