    I have experience looking after young infants up to age 12. I am the oldest child from a large family -- my youngest sibling is 6 years old. I believe it is important to have a good role model around your children, they have incredible memories and they look up to those older than they are. I still remember my babysitters from when I was a child! I believe it is important to have fun with kids and at the same time it is equally important to have an understanding of their responsibilities (homework, chores, etc.) if they have them.
