    Dear families,

    It is new for me to work with the elderly, having worked far more with children, but I have a deep respect for elders and the wisdom they hold from the years-- I have put on cooking classes for seniors and from the experience, feel a lot of compassion for them.

    I love community and do most of my work within that context, of doing various roles to help improve the vibrancy and resources in them- part of which is helping to grow the children. I put on cooking classes for children as well as art projects around the world.

    I would love to help you with parents or grandparents, and help them not only move through life but gain a source of love and connection.
