Hello Families My name is Lisa, I have been working with same family for 11+ years, its simply amazing how they grow up in front of your eyes. I simply adore working with children, the smiles and laugh makes the days so much brighter. I am a caring and nurturing person, not to mention I am always on time and reliable. I believe that children should have the freedom to grow however I believe in routines and boundaries to assist with their growth in the future. I also have two children of my own; a Twenty Two year old sociology major and a Six year old who majors in hockey and headaches. Watching them grown especially at such different stages in their life makes me enjoy motherhood that much more.
