I am from a family of 5. I have two loving parents an older sister and a younger brother. I was born in London Ontario but moved to Brooks Alberta at the age of six when my father got a new job as a children's pastor at the Brooks Evangelical Free Church. My parents have been married for 26 years now and are my role models. In 2009 I got my first part time job working at McDonalds. I worked there for 3 years and moved my way up to Shift Manager. I then started working at Southern Alberta Bible Camp (SABC) as a cabin leader where I looked after 8 different children a week for 8 weeks. A total of 64 children in two months. In between the 3 summers that I have worked at SABC I have gone to Bible School in England called Capernwray Bible School for nine months, and I worked in the kitchen at SABC the next year cooking for groups up to 200 people. My interests include photography, traveling, music, children and youth. I love to read and write, watch movies, cook and bake. I have many years of experience working with children including the nursery at my church (0-2 years old), kids way (3-9 years old), VBS (kindergarten-grade 6), and SABC (5-17 years old). I am very confident working with children as I have done it many times before.
