My name is Donna and I was born in Pampanga, Philippines. I am the youngest of 6 siblings. My parents was passed away. I graduated in Philippine Normal University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Education with 3 years teaching experienced as Home Economics Teacher. I came to Canada last April 1987 and my first job is a nanny of Jewish Family for 5 years. I love taking care of children and it is my passion. Children are so adorable and being a nanny, I have unlimited spending time with children like taking them to the playground, parks, libraries, museum, play dates and lots of activities. I am responsible for providing quality, and care for the children and built a good relationship with each child and to serve as a role model, teacher, mentor and companion over the course of several years.
I found my partner here in Toronto got married and had 3 children all boys the eldest was moved had his own house and busy for his job. I still have 11 and 12 years old boys in my care. I speak different languages: English, Tagalog with my own dialect Kapampangan, and a little bit of Spanish. I enjoyed and appreciated every moment of my life. I like being outdoors, walking and camping. At home I also can’t sit without doing something. I love gardening, sewing, singing (Karaoke and dancing). I like spending time with my boys taking them to family picnic, swimming and movies.
As a nanny, I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. In my previous role as daytime nanny to a busy family I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of a child in diverse stages of development.
I am trained and certified in childhood First-aid and CPR. I have a very clean driving record and had a car of my own. I am a very healthy person.
Being a nanny is a great experienced and a great employment opportunity to spend time with children have a good understanding with child development and I am a trustworthy, dependable, honest and reliable.
