I am a proud mother of 3 children ages 19, 13 and 10 years old. Over the past 20 years, I have been involved in casual child care services for children of all ages. Now looking for a change in my current career settings, I would like to get back into child/home care services full time. I am realizing this is where my passion is. My children are my world and I treat all children as if they are my own. I enjoy being involved in seVeral activities with children that range from playing at parks, outdoor sports, taking walks/nature hikes, arts and crafts, reading books, cooking and baking. I always put forth all my attention towards the children while under my care, so I may be a little bit over protective in a good way. I have a great passion for cooking/baking and cleaning. I can be considered a neat freak when it comes to detail and making sure things are done right. I am extremely organized and efficient and tend to pay great attention to food safety and cleanliness. I am experienced in taking care of children with peanut and tree nut allergies and take these types of matters very seriously. I am also experienced in cooking for people with type 2 diabetes. Knowledgeable of CPR, hold Food Safety/WHIMS certificates
