My name is Alexandra (Alex for short). I am a registered Early Childhood Educator. I am seeking a nanny position where my ability to care, plan and encourage children to achieve their highest potential will be recognized and appreciated.
I am a very active person and enjoy being outdoors. In the past, I have been a very dedicated rugby player as well as an avid guitar player. My passions aside from children are music and fitness. I believe in the importance of physical activity and outdoor time among all children. I also enjoy eating a preparing healthy snacks and meals for myself and others including children. I have many children in my life that I have encouraged and past these habits on to.
I have much experience in child care whether it be my current place of employment at a child care centre, during my placements at Mohawk college, which included the Red hill Family Centre and a full day Kindergarten class, my volunteer work at the YWCA and a Kithchener-Waterloo bilingual private school or my previous work experience in a child care program at Premier Fitness.
I also have an up to date police check, my immunizations and TB tests complete and am qualified with Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C.
I am happy to attain any paperwork/photo copies of any records required and look forward to meeting and working with a great family.
