      As a Strong Start program facilitator of Nightingale Elementary, it is my pleasure to write a few words about Irma. I have known Irma for two years and have found her to be a very pleasant, responsible, loving, and caring individual. She is reasonable, and judgement when dealing with children. Irma always does out of her way to provide her child with interesting educational experiences, such as our Strong Start program, which she consistently attends. I believe that her positive attitude and love for kids will make her a great benefit to any family or kids care facility.
