Hello. My names Chelsey, I am 22 years old, and I am currently working part-time towards my bachelors in social work. I plan on staying with part-time schooling and working full-time to pay for tuition and living, and I will work my classes around my work schedule (ie. Night classes). My goal is to work with children and/or youth in some capacity after finishing school, as I believe young people have so much to offer and deserve just as much respect and value as anyone else. I believe that while adults are there to encourage, support and educate children, there is still so much that kids can teach adults.

While I don't have professional nannying experience, I do have babysitting experience (I used to look after a family of 4 - ages 1-9), and various experience working with preteens and youth. I moved from Winnipeg right after graduating high school, and have worked mostly in cafes since then. I was a supervisor at Starbucks for four years, so I am more than capable of maintaining organization and executing plans, as well as keeping my cool if something goes not as planned. I have been working since a young age, so I am extremely reliable and mature, but I also value maintaining a down to earth attitude while having fun and being silly.
