Hello! My name is Maya and I am currently 19 years old. I am an experienced babysitter, and I have been babysitting for about 7 years. I have previously completed first aid and babysitting courses and I have previously babysat for various families in the Dartmouth/Halifax area. I have experience providing care to children of all ages.
On top of babysitting, I have volunteer experience in daycare and extra-curricular settings, where I had duties such as planning and leading group activities, providing general childcare, administering medication to children, conflict resolution and overall being a good role model. I also have experience volunteering in learning centre environments in various schools and I would be more than happy to accommodate any of your child's needs.
I am also a university student, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Health, majoring in biomedicine. I am also an International Baccalaureate alumni. I have previous experience in tutoring and would be more than happy to provide any tutoring services along with childcare if that is something you may be interested in. I am bilingual in English and French and can provide tutoring in either language.
