When I was 18 years old, I moved halfway across the world by myself from Sydney, Australia to Squamish, B.C. I didn't know of any family or relations nearby, so went into it completely alone. I have since discovered a whole support system, put myself through 1.5 years of university and found a new set up now, living and working in Vancouver. When I look back on those first few months, I am incredibly proud of how gutsy I was and hope to live up to that potential the rest of my life.

My passion for working with children comes from being the protective, fun older sister to three younger siblings (including a set of twin sisters).

I have 7 years babysitting experience, with two of those years working in nannying positions. I have cared for children from 6 weeks - 12 years old, and also have experience as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a volunteer at my local childcare centre.

I am not able to take on regularly scheduled work because of my current, unpredictable schedule.
