My name is Alena and I am a twenty-year-old college student living in Mississauga. I live under a roof with my mom and dad and an eighteen-year-old sister. In college, I am studying the musical industry and business, meaning I am not only learning classical musical theory, but I am learning about the recording studios, the legal copyright systems, and the contracting and licensing. Music has been a part of my life for the majority of the time that I have been alive and I am certain that I can bring that passion for music with me to this business. I have worked with children in the past during the summers and I have even travelled to Central America to do so as well. I lived in Guatemala from January until April and during that time, I worked in a small orphanage in Santa Lucia. I did a few small jobs around the orphanage, but I also got to take care of the children and I taught them how to say some Spanish words in English. I want to thank you for taking the time to read this and I am certain that I will bring an amazing attitude to the business as well as be a role model to the children and families I may be. working for.
