Hello, I am a twenty- two year old female, living at home, seeking employment with children, as I continue my part time studies at Sheridan College in the Early Childhood Education program. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have been placed in three different day care centres, in the Mississauga area, through the Co-op programs at school. To date, I have logged over 900 volunteer hours and I am still volunteering at the YMCA, close to my home. (can be used as a reference).
I enjoy swimming, being outdoors, bike riding and working with special needs children. Over the past year, I have had the great opportunity of working one-on-one with a special needs girl. My duties with her including dealing with after school routines, studies and teaching her and most recently, over the summer, working with her at a horse back riding summer camp.
I have a St. John's First Aid CPR course, knowledge of how to use an Epi pen and a current police background check.
