    I recently climbed Grouse Mountain (over 2500+ steps) to help raise funds for Parkinson's Disease!

    I come from a HUGE close family & have always been inclined to play with the kids and look after the babies. I think it's just a gene I was born with :) In an office of 100+ people I was the 1st person that visitors with babies were brought to see because everyone knew how much I love children.

    My children went to a co-operative preschool where I organized and attended a variety of monthly parent education seminars over a 2 year period.

    I started babysitting when I was 9 years old and continued into my twenties when I had my own children. Until my children reached school age I worked part-time and cared for other children in my own home. I have friends and relatives who currently have infants who I have helped care for in recent months. I am the person that even strangers have asked to hold their children.
