I have experience as Health Care Assistant working at special, complex, assistant living care. I have assisted people with physical and mental disabilities, and elderly with their needs. I have developed strong and solid caring competencies as well interpersonal skills. I work hard and use my communication skills to help my team succeed whether it is in school group projects or during practicums. I am good at understanding and implementing proper policies and procedures, and also good taking charge in group situation to ensure that objectives are achieve.
