I am always interested to meet the family for an interview,and get to know them. I am usually excited to meet and see the child/children at the very first day of an interview and so are the parents as well. It is an opportunity for me to work with a family and give my best to help and support the parents raise their child/children as much as I can and build a happy environment especially for the child/children. I am always looking forward as to what I can contribute for the betterment of the child/children and the entire family.And to be welcomed,respected and be apart of the family.My philosophy has always been a child and family centered,like keeping the child safe as my primary goal,loved and cared,to educate and create a happy environment for him.And to the parents,to give my best to help,assist,support and to always communicate with them regarding their child/children.
