It is within my philosophy to respect all children and their families' culture, ethnicities, race and beliefs. It is my goal to maintain and ensure a constant fun, loving, safe and positive environment which promotes a broad spectrum of support for the child's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. I will ensure to treat all children fairly and equally and encourage them to voice their opinion. I must respect children's feelings, thoughts and behaviours. It is within my philosophy to provide children with trusting and respectful relationships and help them develop a sense of trust.
