      Jerry is intuitive when it comes to children. From the first day, my daughter responds to Jerry like no one else. Within a week we saw new learning and positive behaviours from our daughter. She has a fantastic way of following guidelines set out for the care of our daughter, while taking initiative on things without being asked. Jerry observes once and understands, uses common sense, and doesn't need instructions explained over and over or to minute detail. She is just tremendous. Our daughter loves her, and we love her. When we come home our child is happy, clean and fed, and our home is tidy and looks like it does in our care (or better!) She is regarded by us as a member of our family, though she always maintains respect for us as her employers. Jerry is leaving us because our daughter is starting daycare, but she will be greatly missed.
