Dancing for team Canada in Germany at the World Tap Dance Championships!

Hi there! My name is Jesanna but most of my family and friends call me Jess. I am a 19 year old nursing student at Queen's University and am interested in specializing in paediatric nursing. I have my CPR/Health Care Professional certifications as well as a valid drivers license. I am friendly, easy going, and love to take care of others. I love animals, being outside, having fun and being goofy, and getting to know new people :)

I was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to two wonderful parents, one older brother, and two dogs. Ever since I was young, I loved to try my best to take care of others. Growing up I did a lot of babysitting, and I have worked as a dance instructor, a swimming instructor, and have also worked in a daycare in my hometown.
I have always been someone with many hobbies including music, being active (especially swimming, snowboarding, running, dance) and have a passion for photography!

I would love to become an au pair because I love making new friendships and connections with people. Being around/taking care of children is something that brings me great joy, and is definitely something that I've been missing due to the fact that I had to leave my jobs in order to come to school. Additionally, because I plan on specializing in paediatric nursing, I believe that being an au pair will give me great experience and will align well with my learning :)
