My name is Kiley Marie, I am an Acadia University student, studying the science of Nutrition and Dietetics. Originally I am from Vancouver Island, in British Colombia. After moving for school I decided to stay for the summer. I have three nephews, and one younger cousin that I have taken care of since I was 12. I love child care, I found my love for this through babysitting, and tutoring french in elementary schools and privately. I am 18 years old, and will be living with a roommate in Wolfville. Currently my roommate owns a vehicle, that I may borrow when convenient, but I am looking to purchase my own if this isn't ideal. My interests are music, language, reading, leadership, snowboarding and arts and crafts. I am very cleanly, calm and patient. Even though I am a generally calm person, I love making people laugh, and have been told I have an optimistic, bubbly personality. I have a passion for healthy, active living as well as time outdoors. My goals for the future include obtaining a job as a dietitian, volunteering with schools, and eventually go back to school for a masters degree. If asked what sets me apart from other applicants I would respond that I am accountable, responsible and have experience with children and tutoring.
