Dear Parents! My name is Miroslava, but all MY CHILDREN call me Mira. I would like my next family to have open communication. I consider a nanny as not just an employee, but as part of the family. As well as for me, nannying is not just a job. I always try my best to let the family know how significant they are to me, just as I hope they would do as well. It’s important to me that the parents and I have clear expectations of each other and work with each other to accomplish goals for the children. I know leaving your child with someone you don’t know is scary but I think I make the transition a lot easier. For some families, I developed and filled out a daily schedule to provide them with as much information regarding their child as possible; they found it as sort of a relief to be able to know what their child was doing and when, as well as helping them plan an evening routine for when I was not there. I would like to give the family peace of mind and have them be able to have full trust in me and reassure them that I consider their child as my own and will care for them as such. If you let me, I believe I can be of great value to your family. Years of experience have taught me much about children but the main thing I’ve learned is that no two children are ever the same.
