    Natasha Backlin is a screenwriter from Calgary, Alberta. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, and worked in sales for KraftHeinz in Vancouver until she realized that Heinz ketchup sells pretty well on its own. Pivoting off that epiphany, she completed the Writing for Film and Television program at Vancouver Film School. She recently moved to Toronto and is writing from home, and would like some part time work to get her out of the house. She prefers to work with funny people, and considers kids the some of the most hilarious folk she's ever met. Her childcare experience includes several summers as a counsellor at Kamp Kiwanis and ten years of babysitting gigs.
