I have previous experience with working with children of all ages. I was a regular volunteer at an after school day care program my last year of high school. As a volunteer, I was in charge of planning and organizing various activities for the children as well as setting up snack time. This allowed me to exercise my creativity and communication skills. I also was in charge of responding to the inquiries of parents and communicating them to the leadership team. This improved my problem solving skills and taught me to excel in challenging situations.
