Hello! My name is Sashka 31 years old ,currently living in Edmonton under Live in caregiver program. I am a responsible and reliable person, seeking a childcare position in Canada in order to utilize a diverse set of childcare skills, child development expertise and experience to promote the children’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With my current employer I am working almost 17 months. Due to their upcoming move in another city, we have found ourselves in the position to needing to terminate the contract early, effective May 29th 2015. I have been employed with them as a full- time live -in nanny for their two preschool aged children ( two boys, aged 2 and 4 ). I have extensive experience as a nanny with children of different age groups. As a nanny my responsibilities have included the following: cooking, meal preparation,feeding ,bathing ,planning and overseeing nap times, Interacting with them, engaging them in fun, age-appropriate activities, games, organizing playtime inside and outside, taking the children to and from school, taking them to after school activities, helping them with homework, light housekeeping, etc. Before I came to Canada,I have been working as a nanny in my home country for 18 months, taking care od siblings aged 4 and 8 months. Also I have been working in France for 1 year as an Au pair ,taking care for one boy 13 years old with special needs. For me that was a great experience . At the same time I improved my French and enjoyed working with the children. In addition to my taking care of children As a graduate translator of French language I enjoy teaching them French.
