      Susan has been such a blessing. You can tell she genuinely cares about children and it's not just a job (her experience and future career plans is proof of that as well). She loves playing with them, teaching them new things, cooking for them, and manages somehow to always get their respect and attention. She is also good at communicating her concerns or ideas to us. We will miss her!
