I have been working with young people for about 20 years (all ages, from very young, to adolescents). WIthout a doubt I enjoy being around kids, and especially engaging in fun, learning activities that stimulate them and support them in their growth and understanding of themselves and the world. I have been a nanny for numerous families, as well as numerous other jobs where working with children. I spent years traveling and living overseas (mainly India, Bulgaria, New Zealand and Australia), and whenever the time is appropriate, I love sharing a wider view of the world with children. I am one to get right in...at the playground, coming up with games and fun things...not just sitting on the side watching.. I am studying Shiatsu here in toronto, and am so excited to meet some wonderful families as I really have missed being around children these past 9 months....
