Job Description
Someone to mind an 18 month old toddler, light housekeeping (related to him- tidying his room, his laundry) preparing snacks and light meals (for toddler). Looking for roughly roughly 4 hours a day.
Looking for someone who is able to take him to library and park (walking distance). My spouse and I work from home so someone will usually be around at home unless we step out for a meeting or gym.

Important Information
Occasional child care requires a specific mindset. It's being comfortable and confident to step in and help a family from time to time and manage the adjustment particularly younger kids face to parents not being around.
Its important to create a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating experience. A great babysitter from the kids perspective is someone who is fun, loves to play, sing, run and do creative projects. For a parent, it's all of the above, but also meal preparation for the kids, keeping the children’s areas neat and tidy, helping older kids with homework and being able to respect rules around discipline, nap/bed time and process.
