Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. I teach English (Communications), and Computer Foundations to students from a variety of backgrounds. This position enables me to provide students with a “head start” in mastering the skills to enter into a very rewarding career. I am challenged to be creative, nurturing and most of all, patient. Over ten years of experience teaching elementary, secondary, and post-secondary and adults with learning and physical barriers have helped me develop excellent teaching skills at all levels. Being a highly organized and dedicated individual has enabled me to fully appreciate and understand how teaching can be a rewarding experience for both students and teachers alike. In addition, to my teaching abilities, I am a very sociable person who enjoys participating and getting involved in extra-curricular activities. I am most eager to accept new challenges involved inside or outside the workplace.
